Review:
Daredevil is a tale about people wanting to get rich off of making a comic book into a movie hype. As a child, Matt Murdock was blinded by a biohazardous liquid which not only took his sight, but increased his other senses dramatically. As he grew older, Matt became a lawyer who is obsessed with bringing justice to the world. Taking the law into his own hands, he steps out into the night as the Daredevil, helping out citizens in need. One day Matt meets the new love of his life, Elektra, whose family is involved in the Kingpin's world. Elektra's father wants to seperate from the Kingpin which leads to her father's spectacular death scene. Now both Elektra and the Daredevil are out to get the Kingpin. Oh, and Bullseye does some amazing jaw dropping stuff too. Personally, I saw nothing special about the movie. The only things that really caught my eye were how the Matrix freeze frame was over played, a kid doing things that could never happen which made the movie kind of lose it's effect, and an old lady choking to death on a peanut. But that's about it. Oh, and there was Elektra acting like she was "da shit" with her sais, but if she was trying to impress me, a first degree black belt, she has failed. And for those of you who don't know about the Daredevil, he is basically Batman, without sight or the bagillion dollars.
