Review:I know what you are all thinking about this movie. It's all about aliens. Well, you are all wrong. It is a movie about God. Graham Hess use to be a reverend until his wife died six months ago. Blaming God for her death Graham turned his back on his faith and believes that nothing happens for a reason but it is all luck. Anyway, in the beginning of the movie there is a crop circle in Graham's corn fields and he and his brother Merrill think it's a group of people trying to cause trouble. How wrong they were huh? The crop circles were in fact made by aliens. Not knowing whether the aliens are friendly or hostile, everyone is uneasy about their arrival (I'll give you a hint, would it be a good flick if they were friendly?). Eventually, the aliens invade, or do they? And the family boards up the doors and windows and huddles in the middle of the room hoping the aliens don't break in. As I was watching this I could not help but comment to my friend next to me. Think about it, aliens (now that's plural meaning more than one now) are trying to break into your house and kill you. Now would you just stand there and hope they'll go away, OR quickly run your butt to the kitchen and find the biggest knife you can get your hands on? To sum it up, they pay for their stupidity. Or do they? Find out for yourself by watching this summers scariest movie (screw Halloween: Resurrection). Oh, I almost forgot, Signs also mixes comedy with suspense which is why I liked it so much. Also Macaulay's lil brother is in it. I had no idea Macaulay had a little brother, I just thought they just hired some kid that looked like him, but what do I know right?
